Warranty Information

I stand behind every retrofit that I build. The warranty ensures that retrofit headlights are free from defects and major issues. These retrofits are hand-built by me, not some underpaid employee who doesn't care. Although I will not claim that each one is absolutely perfect, I assure you that I would be more than proud to install these on my own rig. If you feel something is wrong, contact me and let's discuss.

What is covered:

  • Retrofit headlight components are covered by a 1-year warranty for parts and labor which include the headlight projector, halos, demon eyes, LED strips.
  • Retrofit headlight housing is covered against major water entry from the headlight lens. Keep in mind that these headlight housing are not completely sealed as they have breathers. Some occasional condensation due to weather and or other factors such as water crossings, washing your vehicle, etc. may occur.

What is NOT covered:

  • Damage and/or malfunctions caused by installer error.
  • Damage and/or malfunctions caused by misuse/abuse.
  • Normal wear and tear such as fading, scratches, chips, wires fraying, worn connectors, etc.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections of the retrofit components.
  • If you find any damage during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after 7 days.

Terms and Conditions

  • It is the sole discretion of GGG4Runner (4tune LLC) to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Retrofit products should be installed by someone knowledgeable and experienced.
  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

Disclaimer

GGG4Runner's (4tune LLC) offering of a repair or replacement product is the exclusive remedy provided under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser's vehicle or any other equipment is not covered under this warranty. GGG4Runner's (4tune LLC) sole liability to the customer falls within the policy set forth above. GGG4Runner (4tune LLC) will not be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages of any kind or nature.
